INSPYER 14-Day Return & Refund Policy

At INSPYER, we stand behind our message and our merch. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do what it takes to make it right.


🕒 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)

  • No stains, damage, or signs of wear

Note: Returns that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted.


🔁 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Timdixon1883@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you want to return

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will respond with return instructions and the return address

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving approval

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll get an email update on the status

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable


🔄 Exchanges

INSPYER does not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Custom designs

  • Gift cards

These are final and can’t be returned or refunded.


💥 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect:

  • Email us within 3 days of delivery at Timdixon1883@gmail.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We’ll take care of it—fast and at no cost to you
